You can request return & refund service, only if you buy product from SwellPro official online store (https://www.swellpro.co.za/), and

  • Within 14 calendar days after receipt
  • The product has not been activated and is still in new condition.

To request your return, please send email to online@swellpro.com and provide us with:

  • order number
  • the item you want to return
  • the reason for return

Exclusions

  • It is requested beyond 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • The product sent back does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging or any part is not in new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
  • Any damage of product is caused by purchaser or during the shipping.
  • Signs like product labels, serial numbers are tampered or altered.
  • The product is not delivered to SwellPro within seven working days after the Return & Refund Request is confirmed and consented.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Shipping for return

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@swellpro.com

SwellPro Parts Warranty

Replacement Service

You can also request SwellPro Replacement Service, when the received product has manufacture defects, performance failure or damage in transit, within fifteen calendar days of purchasing.

The freight of package sending back to SwellPro should be undertaken by purchaser. SwellPro undertake the freight of new replacement package to the customer.

Exclusions
  • It is requested beyond fifteen calendar days of purchasing the product.
  • A clear proof of purchase is not provided or is believed to have been forged or tampered with. Note that only the original purchaser own the right of SwellPro Replacement Service.
  • The product or the item is found to have no manufacture defects, performance failure or transportation damage.
  • Proof of transportation damage issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
  • Any damage of product is caused by purchaser or during the send-back-shipping.
  • Signs like product labels, serial numbers are tampered or altered.
  • The product is not delivered to SwellPro within seven working days after the Replacement Request is confirmed and consented.
